Programs
Work one-on-one with your personal trainer every week at our state of the art studio, your corporate workout facility, local fitness center, or in your home. Fundamental Fitness will do a complete biomechanical and postural analysis to evaluate your current fitness level, learn what your specific goals are and then customize a program for you. After designing your program using the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s Training guidelines, we will coach you through it, every step of the way. By signing up for Personal Fitness Training, you will also be able to contact your trainer by email in between sessions with questions or concerns.
- $60 per session for 12 or more sessions
- $65 per session for less than 12 sessions
- $75 for in-home sessions
Successful coaching begins with finding out what your goals are and then developing a plan to reach them. Sign up with a Fundamental Fitness coach and we’ll help you achieve your goals. Coaching sessions run 75 minutes and are conducted either over the phone or in a sit down session at the studio. Coaching with Fundamental Fitness includes training schedules.
If you’re not interested in full scale coaching but still want help with your training let Fundamental Fitness help you develop your training plan. If you are attempting your first marathon or are running 6 races over the course of 6 months and need help staying strong Fundamental Fitness will develop a training program for you.

Private Yoga
Yoga with Eva is a new approach to a centuries old practice. By giving you personal instruction that meets your needs and interests, Eva brings the core elements of Yoga to students of all abilities. YogaFitTM techniques used.
Yoga classes can be tailored for students with any level of experience and are suited for individual or group instruction. We can also add special focuses to a Yoga class such as a strength component or a special series for specific sport conditioning or health conditions like migraines.
Express Workouts
Now you can work out in half the time!! Quality one-on-one workouts with your trainer designed to rev up your metabolism and burn fat FAST. Each 30-minute Express Workout includes a FREE nutritional tip to take with you for healthier, eat-right decisions.

Adventures in Fitness Summer Camp
Dynamic, Energetic and FUN
Our Healthy Kids’ summer camps combine games, fitness, nutrition and other activities in a well-supervised, structured and fun environment. Activities are organized, well-planned and take place with lots of support, encouragement and group camaraderie.
Our summer programs are supervised buy highly qualified and professional staff members who have experience with kids in personal training, fitness instruction and…FUN!
Our 5 day-long camp sessions run from 8:30am to 12 noon during each month of the summer break. Sign up for one week, or all three! Discounts for multiple siblings and two weeks or more.
